Privacy and Confidentiality

What you share stays with the Hub

What you share with Assiduous Counselling Hub stays between you and the Hub. Confidentiality is not a feature of our service. It is the ground it stands on.

  • Your sessions are private

What you discuss in counselling is held in confidence. We do not share your sessions or records with anyone outside the Hub without your consent, except in the rare cases where the law or a serious risk to safety requires it.

  • Only Hub staff can see your submission

When you send a message through this site, it is visible only to authorised Hub staff. No other client can see it, and there is no public way to read another person's request.

  • You can reach out anonymously

For sensitive matters, you do not have to give your name. A way to contact you back is all we ask, so that someone from the Hub can respond.

  • Your records are kept secure

We store your information carefully and limit access to the staff who are supporting you. We keep only what we need to help you well.

Your privacy is safe with us

When you are ready, reach out. You can share as little as you like, even without a name.
